About Hengsheng Precision
A Shenzhen contract manufacturer built around one idea: the team that quotes the part should still be there when the third batch ships.
The company started in 2010 with a small machining floor in Guangming District and a handful of European customers who needed replacement parts faster than their local shops could quote them. Sixteen years later the plant covers more than 3,000 m², runs over fifty CNC machining centres among seventy-odd machines, and the same address still answers the phone.
What grew is the range. A buyer who starts with a milled bracket usually needs a folded cover, a printed fit-check part and an anodized finish on the same drawing set. Adding those processes in-house, rather than brokering them, is what keeps a project on one schedule and one tolerance chain.
The organisation is deliberately split three ways: sample production, small batch, and volume, with an independent quality department that reports separately from production. A five-piece order and a fifty-thousand-piece order do not compete for the same machine time, and the inspector does not answer to the person under pressure to ship.

What we will and will not claim
A quote that ignores the drawing's intent is a number, not an offer. Every RFQ gets a manufacturability read: walls that will move, threads too shallow to hold, tolerances that belong on a different feature. Sometimes that answer costs us the order, which is cheaper than a rejected batch.
The plant passed ISO 9001:2015 certification for precision part production in 2019, certificate 02819Q19744R0S, valid to June 2022. We do not present that as a current certificate, and we will not print a badge we cannot back with a valid document. What we can back is measurement: first article reports, material certificates, salt spray results and third-party inspection on request.
Design files are used for the program they were sent for. No portfolio use, no named customers, no reuse of your fixture for another buyer. NDAs are signed before files move when a customer asks, which most do.
If a part does not meet the drawing, we rework or remake at our expense and cover the freight, duty and reasonable loss that follow. The 8D report explains what changed in the process so the next batch does not repeat it.
Send a drawing for a quote and DFM review.
STEP, IGES, X_T, PDF or DWG up to 50 MB. Tell us quantity and finish, and the quote comes back with tolerance and process notes, not just a price.
